BRIAN MARKS – Shop Manager
Brian started in the auto body industry in 1988 as a painter and body man. He has over 35 years’ experience working with vehicles. Brian came to Lamon Auto Body in 1998 as an estimator and within two years became the Manager. He has helped us to grow the business into what it is today.
Dan Halota – Estimator
Dan started in the Automotive repair industry in 1997, working for an insurance company handling claims across the Philadelphia & Pennsylvania Suburban areas. He transitioned to working in a shop environment in 1999. There he worked for a couple shops in the Philadelphia & surrounding suburban communities. After being hired at Lamon Auto Body in 2016 & moving to NJ in 2017, he has continued to handle claims with cars, trucks & heavy-duty vehicles including school buses, RVs, or dump trucks. In the past Dan has volunteered for CHOP in the ER & NICU, plus he enjoys completing home improvements. Drawing on his mechanical skills & insurance experience he continues to make the repair experience for Lamon customers as efficient & smooth as possible. Dan handles claims with Allstate, Selective, Plymouth Rock, Progressive, USAA, & an array of other Personal & Commercial insurance carriers.
Phil Wood – Estimator
Phil started in the Insurance industry as an Auto Damage Appraiser in 1984. He has over 38 years’ experience in the Automotive repair industry. Phil joined the Lamon Auto Body team in February of 2017. Phil uses his vast claim knowledge & repair experience to manage the Geico drivable ARX program. He is dedicated to our customers & making sure their claim experience is exceptional with GEICO. Phil never stops providing a majority of comedic relief that makes any fast pace work environment fun & enjoyable.
Scott Paulson – Estimator
Scott started in the industry in 1985 as a painter. He has over 30 years of experience in the collision repair business at various skill levels of repair production. He joined our staff over 2 years ago overseeing our Geico Non-drivable ARX & Field programs. He handles each customer and their vehicle repairs from tow in to pick up with the same ease & efficiency as Phil. The two have worked together prior to joining our work force here at Lamon Auto Body. He has been a welcome addition to our team.
Jon Henry – Estimator
Jon has over 14 years in the auto body business. Jon has an extensive knowledge of Toyotas & other vehicle during his 13 years as an auto damage estimator. Jon joined our team in the fall of 2021 to support our entire production team from the Shop manager to the Customer Service & claim reps. He is constantly handling claims, updating customers and providing outstanding customer service to all customers including those within the Geico driveable ARX to ensure their experience goes smoothly.
Krissy Nelson – Customer Service Representative
Krissy started in the auto industry in high school at the age of 16. She has been doing automotive administration for 23 years. She is new to Lamon Auto Body this year, 2022, as our CSR. She plays an integral part of helping customers with the entire repair process. From rentals, to follows up with claim reps. She is also a busy mother of 2 boys, PTO President and Little League coach. She loves spending her week days with us and is dedicated to making the Lamon experience exceptional for all our customers.
